WeMove is an international audiovisual production company founded by a Chilean and a Polish photographer–filmmaker, based between Chile and Germany. We create high-end photography and video for brands and institutions — helping organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and a strong visual identity.

We combine brand-focused production with storytelling. We don’t just create content: we translate complex processes, people, and technologies into clear visual narratives that build trust and strengthen your brand. From concept to final delivery, we provide a reliable workflow, professional crew coordination, and consistent quality across every format.

With over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual field, we have produced campaigns, promotional and advertising videos, and corporate/institutional films for companies, research centers, and universities. Our international background also includes editorial and documentary productions, including work for ARTE TV — experience that adds structure, efficiency, and depth to commercial and institutional projects.

We work with high-end equipment and industry-leading standards. We speak Spanish, English, German, Polish, and Swedish, making international collaboration smooth and efficient. Depending on the scale of each production, WeMove expands through trusted collaborators — always guided by one clear creative direction from the founders.

AGATA SZYMANSKA - MEDINA

 is a photographer, filmmaker, and visual storyteller originally from Berlin. She holds a degree in Photojournalism from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover, Germany. She creates story-driven photo and video for brands and institutions, combining commercial production with documentary depth and a clear visual identity. As Co-Founder of WeMove and Director of Photography (DoP), she shapes each project’s visual language — from camera and lighting to composition, visual look, and consistency across formats.

DANIEL REGLA FLORES

is a Chilean filmmaker trained in Chile and Co-Founder of WeMove. He is an audiovisual producer, editor, and photographer, with experience across fiction and documentary film, music videos, and arts projects. He is known for capturing the essence of each story, situation, artist, or brand — and translating it into images across media and formats, from the latest digital video to the analog texture of Super 8mm film. At WeMove, he leads production and technical direction, delivering high-quality results aligned with each client’s communication goals and brand standards
